Regan Zebouni & Walker, P.A. was formed to offer high caliber legal representation to the construction and real estate industries. We represent construction businesses in resolving issues specific to that industry, while also offering more diverse representation to our construction and other business and individual clients in the following practice areas: real estate litigation, general commercial litigation, personal injury defense and government relations. To meet the needs of our clients, we have assembled a unique team of attorneys with over fifty years of combined legal experience. We deliver value to our clients by not only offering extensive experience with representing private businesses and individuals, but also by benefiting from the public sector construction and commercial law experience of a former Division Chief for the Office of the General Counsel, City of Jacksonville, and the practical experience of a former general contractor.

Our composition enables us the flexibility to manage complex litigation with millions of dollars at issue, while still offering cost-effective representation when our services are needed on matters with smaller amounts at issue. In addition to working directly with the principals of many national, regional and local clients, we routinely work in cooperation with general counsel for international and national clients and serve as local counsel for out-of-state clients.

For our construction clients, we assist with problem avoidance by offering construction contract drafting and negotiation services. For all of our clients, we encourage amicable resolution when the benefits of early resolution outweigh the potential upside and corresponding risks of protracted litigation. When appropriate, we seek creative solutions in an effort to avoid litigation. If litigation arises, we aggressively and ethically pursue our clients’ rights, without losing sight of the practical and financial impact on their business.
