As a natural compliment to our construction law practice, we represent developers and other businesses in a variety of real estate litigation matters. Our attorneys have experience litigating the following types of disputes, among others: breach of purchase and sale contract, specific performance, failure to disclose material defects, deed reformation, escrow deposit disputes, easement and boundary disputes, trespass actions and conflicts over mining and surface estate rights.
