Construction Contract Drafting and Negotiation

Our attorneys focus on problem avoidance by assisting clients on the front end of construction projects with negotiation and drafting of contracts. We have worked with all of the major professional and industry forms, including those of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Associated General Contactors (AGC), the Engineers Joint Contracts Documents Committee (EJCDC) and the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). We also have extensive experience in drafting proprietary contracts and subcontracts for general contractors, specialty trade contractors and design professionals. Additionally, Anthony Zebouni, one of the firm’s shareholders, offers unique experience in drafting and negotiating public construction contracts from the government side. Mr. Zebouni now draws on that invaluable experience in assisting RZW’s clients.
